When I’m not focused on helping you move and feel your best, I’m probably spending time with my
beautiful
wife Rachael and our son Ford. We’re also getting ready to welcome baby number two, which has us all
busy,
but excited.
Outside of family time, you can usually find me on the golf course, in the gym, out hiking or running,
or
just hanging out with friends.
My passion for chiropractic care and exercise rehab comes from a genuine desire to help people take
control of their health and keep doing the things that bring them joy. I know how frustrating and
limiting
an injury can be — whether it’s missing out on playing with your kids, not being able to enjoy a
favorite
sport or hobby, or just struggling with everyday tasks.
